I just had the same thing went for a walk, and antibiotics for an infection. It was gone in 2 days!
You may have an infection of two things or water in the ear. Infection, a physician. Water in the ear have a hair dryer and dry the inner ear. Do not get too close or in a place too long. Participation in the same place too long you may lose your balance.
You can have an ear infection, or it could be a plug of hard wax. Ask your pharmacist ear drops to the wax, which could mitigate, but if the pain persists, you should consult your doctor. Do not worry.
