Does eating vegetables make you bloated or anything? - junk food make you bloated
During my ski season, and I want to lose weight, so I do not eat junk food, no nothing. So much water and vegetables, but still feel bloated and my stomach is so much strain. Why is this so?

The vegetables can result in swelling, because the vegetables are excellent sources of fiber.
